2. Group-oriented society: Korea has a collective culture where the needs and desires of the group are prioritized over individual goals. In contrast, many Western countries have an individualistic culture that values personal independence and achievements.

3. Hierarchical relationships: Korean society also has a strict hierarchy in interpersonal relationships, with age, position or rank determining one’s role and level of authority within the group. This hierarchical structure can be seen in workplace dynamics as well as social interactions.

4. Drinking culture: Alcohol plays a significant role in socializing and business interactions in Korea. It is considered rude to refuse an alcoholic drink when offered by someone of higher status or age.

5. Dining etiquette: There are several unique dining customs in Korea, such as using chopsticks to share food from communal dishes and not tipping at restaurants.

6. Fashion trends: Korean fashion tends to be more conservative compared to Western styles, with neutral colors and modest clothing being the norm rather than bold statement pieces.

7. Personal space boundaries: Koreans tend to have smaller personal space boundaries compared to Westerners. It is not uncommon for strangers to stand very close to each other while waiting in line or on public transportation.

8. Punctuality: Time is highly valued in Korean culture, and being late is considered disrespectful. It is expected for people to arrive on time for appointments or meetings.

9. Love for technology: South Korea is known for its advanced technology, and this love for all things tech can be seen in daily life – from using smartphones for almost everything, including ordering food delivery, to embracing futuristic gadgets and technologies.
